KRN Alloys product portfolio
Products

Engineered powder systems for powder metallurgy and process industries.

KRN Alloys offers iron-based, non-ferrous, ferrosilicon, low melting, premix, and alloying systems developed around material behaviour, process compatibility, and end-use performance.

KRN Product Portfolio

Powder systems arranged by route, metallurgy, and industrial use.

The product range is organized to show how each material system fits into practical manufacturing and process conditions. This makes it easier to move from the broader powder category into the relevant grades without losing the technical context of the selection.

Each section below reflects a distinct material system within the KRN range, with its own powder characteristics, application relevance, and grade structure.

Ferrous powder systems
01
Ferrous systems

Iron-based powder systems for PM, welding, thermal, and metallurgical applications.

This part of the range covers atomized iron, sponge reduced iron, and water atomized ferrosilicon. These materials are selected where compaction behaviour, reactivity, density contribution, chemistry control, or medium stability directly influence the process and the finished result.

Relevant to structural PM components, welding consumables, thermal systems, dense media separation, metallurgical use, and iron-based industrial formulations.

02
Non-ferrous and specialty systems

Copper alloys, low melting metal powders, premixes, and alloying solutions.

This part of the range includes copper, bronze, and brass powders, low melting and functional metal systems, ready-to-press premixes, and alloying tablets. The emphasis remains on alloy behaviour, route suitability, and process practicality for the intended industrial application.

Relevant to bearings and bushes, engineering alloy PM, conductive and wear-related systems, joining and coating routes, tailored premixes, and process-specific alloy additions.

Non-ferrous and specialty powder systems

Product Lines

Core material groups within the KRN range.

Each section below represents a defined product line with its own metallurgical role, application relevance, and grade structure.

Further product detail

Move from the broader system to the specific grade.

The next pages take the product group further into application relevance, available grades, and the corresponding technical data sheets. Where the end use is already known, the Applications section can also be used alongside the product pages for a more focused selection path.
